1. Enclosed machines body

6. Motor Drive
Most of the coffee capsule filling machines that customers can buy are pneumatic chains, which will constantly produce friction and leak gas, generating static electricity and dust. The long time friction with dust will reduce the life of the corresponding parts and will also affect the accuracy of the machine’s operation. And the noise generated by pneumatic is also a problem that needs to be solved.
We use a motor-driven chain in order to solve all problems from the customer’s point of view. The function of the motor is the same as that of the air motor, and the cost is higher, but the use of electric power reduces the generation of shadow. Moreover, the motor is smoother and reduces the friction between the chains, which prolongs the life of the machine and its parts and meets the demand for high-standard machines.
7. Two Seals
