Whole Coffee Bean Packaging Process

1. Whole coffee beans are loaded into the Z-type elevator.
2. The elevator transfers the beans to the 10-head multihead weigher.
3. The weigher calculates the required combination of weigh hoppers.
4. The measured beans are discharged into the formed coffee bag.
5. The VFFS machine seals and cuts the bag.
6. The completed bag is transferred by the finished-product conveyor.

Ground Coffee Packaging Process

1. Ground coffee is loaded into the screw-conveyor hopper.
2. The screw conveyor maintains the product level in the auger-filler
   hopper.
3. The servo-driven auger measures the selected coffee dose.
4. The measured ground coffee is discharged into the formed bag.
5. The bag is sealed, cut and transported to the discharge area.

Changing Between Products

1. Stop production and clean the relevant product-contact parts.
2. Move the VFFS machine along the guide track.
3. Align it under the multihead weigher or auger filler.
4. Complete the required power and signal connections.
5. Select the corresponding touchscreen recipe.
6. Run test bags and confirm weight, bag length and sealing quality.
7. Start normal production.
