Can the machine seal both the inner membrane and top foil?

Yes. AFPAK Dolce Gusto-compatible filling machines can be configured to
cut, position and seal the internal perforated membrane before filling.
After filling and capsule-rim cleaning, the machine applies and seals the
top foil.

Top-film-only configurations are also available for compatible capsule
designs that do not require an internal membrane.

The final sealing configuration should be confirmed using the customer’s
actual capsule, inner membrane and top foil.

Can one machine fill coffee, milk powder and cocoa?

Yes. AFPAK machines can be configured for ground coffee, instant coffee,
milk powder, cocoa powder, matcha, tea powder, flavoured beverage mixtures
and other soluble powders.

However, different products have different densities and flow
characteristics. Different augers, hopper designs, agitation systems or
production recipes may be required to achieve stable filling results.

What filling accuracy can the machine achieve?

The AF-RN1S can achieve filling accuracy of up to ±0.1 g under qualified
material and production conditions.

Actual accuracy depends on the product density, particle size, oil
content, moisture, filling weight and operating speed. Accuracy should

Optional inline checkweighing and filling-weight feedback systems can
